Grow Your Business by Focusing on the Customer
All businesses at one in time are faced with situations that challenge their very existence. The difference comes in how these challenges are faced to either lose or revive the business. Now, there are a lot of shakeable factors on which businesses are most people found their businesses. However, the customer is the only sure bet when it comes to sustaining your business. Below are three ways by which you can keep your customer focus on point:
1. Get Obsessive
Take advantage of the fact that most business people still do not know how to keep their customers closest. Make it your obsession to see into it that your customers are happy and satisfied. You do not have to copy what others do, but you can observe and know what they are missing, then give it to your customers. Putting your customers first will give you an upper hand against your competitors who are only after the cash. Putting relationships before money pays off.
2. Get Personal
Take time to cultivate personal relationships with your customers. People connect better to real individuals as opposed to automation machines. You can send messages or even make personal calls especially to your top and loyal customers. Make them feel wanted and genuinely cared for. Also, respond to their queries in a customized and personalized manner so that you can win and keep them.
3. Write to Them
There is some magic that emanates from written messages especially if it is done on tangible materials like paper. A customer may forget about an email, a text message or a call but will hardly forget a thank you note they received from you. They will be impressed that you took your time and energy to write this message and that will stick with them for a long time.
